Wheel speed sensor:

The lp-30 wheeled velocity sensor is used in conjunction with the belt scale to provide a signal to a weighing instrument and calculate the flow of material through the belt conveyor. The wheel speed sensor monitors the belt speed of the belt conveyor and transmits the output through the cable connection to the weighing instrument.

Working principle:

Easy to install compact with the belt gauge assembly, providing a signal generated by rotating the sensor wheel on the return belt, the cross rod positioned between the long supporting beams, and the speed measuring wheel between the front and rear idlers of the return belt. The dead weight ensures the position of the runner is in the middle of the return belt.
