Summary:

CXM box body automatic chain code calibration device (storage box chain code) is applied to the electronic belt scale in the belt conveyor cycle operation, to achieve the automatic calibration of the electronic belt scale accuracy, usually applicable to the calibration accuracy of various belt scales between (0.5) and (2.0).

Working principle:

CXM box chain code automatic calibration device is installed on the upper part of the conveyor at the electronic belt scale body, which can automatically and stably place the chain code on the belt scale body to complete the accuracy verification of the electronic belt scale.

The chain code is normally stored in the cabinet when not in use. It is operated by the electronic control device when in use. The chain code is automatically placed on the belt above the scale body.
