Working principle:

The belt type weighing feeder is composed of belt conveyor and electronic measuring scale.

Working principle of belt conveyor: the motor drives the main driving drum to rotate after the reduction machine, and the main driving drum drives the ring conveyor belt to run through the friction force. The conveyor belt carries the material from the feeding point to the unloading pipe or the main belt that falls into the unloading end.

Principle of electronic measurement: when the material passes through, the force transfer mechanism ACTS on the weighing sensor, generating a voltage signal proportional to the belt load into the integrator; At the same time, the integrator receives the pulse signal generated by the speed sensor which is proportional to the belt speed, and obtains the instantaneous flow rate and the accumulated flow rate of the material by integrating the weight signal and the speed signal.
