Based on years of experience in coal sample mining and manufacturing equipment, and combined with the feedback and requirements of users, our company developed YLQ/ xx-0.0 swing arm type vehicle coal sample sampling device.

YLQ/ xx-0.0 automobile sampling device is a new mechanized sampling device designed for sampling from the top of coal truck. Its structure adopts cantilever type, which does not affect the passage of coal truck. The process flow

YLQ/ xx-0.0 vehicle coal sampling and sample preparation device is mainly composed of vertical column, swing arm, sampling part, sample preparation part, shrink, electrical control and supporting coal falling pipe, coal collector, proximity switch and other equipment. The device is generally installed before the loadometer, when the coal truck according to the requirements to enter the position, the sampling head under the control of the electrical control equipment, first to the sampling location for the original sample collection; After the sampling is completed, the swing arm rotates to the discharge position, and the coal sample is discharged to the hopper on the side of the prototype, and then fed into the sample preparation system. After being crushed by crusher, the samples are then entered into the retracter, and the retracter is divided according to the required retracter ratio. After the retracter, the retained samples and discarded samples are sent to the collector and the retracter respectively to complete the sample collection.
